Syndications Analyst
Location: Lisle, IL

In addition, we offer Factoring and Insurance products to our customers. We are a vendor based lender with best in class technology tools. We are a vendor based lender that provides best-in-class products, service and technology tools to our sales team and vendors. This position is for our Construction Division and works out of the employee’s home office. We will consider qualified candidates in the central United States. This position is responsible for developing relationships with Construction dealers, manufacturers and end-users in their territory. This position works with our Credit and Operations disciplines to ensure best-in-class service to our customers. Extensive travel within territory is required.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and monitoring our front-end system (Aspire) for syndication opportunities
  • Working with IT to run detailed data tapes for syndications portfolios
  • Assembling equipment lease or loan portfolios for bulk sale to funding sources
  • Preparing and managing internal peer-to-peer file sharing site for funding source due diligence
  • Securing funding source pre-approvals for syndication transactions, one-off or portfolio
  • Work with IT and accounting to generate and delivery portfolio servicing reports for funding sources
  • Prepare monthly syndications reporting package for management
  • Developing relationships with new funding sources and interfacing with existing relationships
  • Review of any syndication buy opportunities, one-off or portfolio
  • Special projects as needed

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance preferred
  • 3-5 years of financial services experience, equipment finance preferred
  • Lease or loan syndications experience a plus
  • Credit experience a plus
  • Experience with MS Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Strong communications and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and high sense of urgency
