Account Executive - Inside Sales
Locations: Orange, CA, Moberly, MO, and Philadelphia, PA

We are currently seeking highly motivated Account Executive – Inside Sales professionals to become part of our sales teams in our Orange, CA, Moberly, MO, and Philadelphia, PA offices.

SUMMARY:

Account Executives are responsible for prospecting for new accounts and maintaining current accounts, selling LEAF financing solutions. This position establishes rapport with customers to maximize sales opportunities within their organization. Account Executives are responsible for the transaction from first contact to funding and their responsibilities include strategizing target marketing, conducting needs analysis on clients to assess their potential, engaging and negotiating pricing and rates, and managing the ongoing support or needs of the customer. This position also requires a thorough knowledge to the benefits/advantages of leasing/financing.

The right LEAF candidate for the Account Executive role will possess the ability to:
  • Enjoy prospecting for new business with warm, pre-qualified leads provided by company.
  • Continuously build a book of business by assessing clients’ current and future needs and responding to them in a prompt, accurate and sincere manner.
  • Achieve assigned budget goals and meet and exceed targeted levels of activities that lead to results, including 80-100 outbound calls per day.
  • Manage and grow accounts over time to gain repeat business.
  • Partner internally with Credit and Operations teams to help expedite sales process.
  • Collaborate with sales managers and senior sales staff to determine strategic sales methods.
  • Develop and maintain database in Salesforce CRM.

SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
  • 1-7 years of sales experience; inside sales preferred but not required.
  • Inside Equipment Leasing Sales experience (vendor or direct) is desired but will consider other relevant experienced inside/telesales professionals.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Self-motivated and not afraid of calling and generating new business.
  • Must be an exceptional listener with excellent time management, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel).
