Government Leasing, LLCis a private independent leasing company providing a financial alternative to vendors selling to Government Agencies. We specialize only in Government entities as the lessee. We are one of the few providers of leasing equipment in the Federal area. Government Leasing, LLC is well known as an expert in this specialized field. Often we are a referral source for many larger leasing companies and brokers. With less layers of management, we can make quick, immediate decisions.
We are seeking an individual capable of issuing, negotiating and administrating various contracts with Government Agencies across the nation.
The ideal candidate would have these qualities:
- Highly organized self-starter capable of multi-tasking.
- Good written and verbal skills to professionally convey ideas and terms to a clients, vendors, investors or Government contacts.
- The ability to start with template documentation and modify terms to conform with the needs of a particular transaction.
- Attention to detail and realizing the effects of changes in wording in contract documentation.
- Ability to interact with vendors, bankers, government officials and internal employees.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, Excel and Word packages.
- Good mathematical skills.
