Our Client has retained us to fill the following positions Nationwide:

Originators for our client are supported by portfolio managers who will do the heavy lifting for all due diligence once a term sheet is signed.
The key role for the Managing Directors is to originate, lead the underwriting and due diligence efforts and lead the asset management for commercial real estate (“CRE”) loans that fit the Company’s parameters, which may change from time to time as decided by the
Board of Directors.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Primary originator of CRE loans that fit the Company’s parameters
- Lead underwriting of transactions assisted by other Company junior team members
- Lead due-diligence of transactions assisted by other Company junior team members
- With the assistance of junior team members, creating investment committee memorandums and providing recommendations to the Company’s Investment Committee
- Lead legal documentation effort of CRE loans, coordinating with Company counsel and assisted by other Company junior team members
- Lead asset management of transactions assisted by other Company junior team members
- Supervision of other Company junior team members in transactions for which Managing Director is involved
- Contributing to a database of relationships for brokers, vendors, banks, funding sources, etc.
- Creating term sheets assisted by other Company junior team members for potential deals
- Visiting and inspecting properties
- Reviewing and assisting in creating presentations and other marketing materials
- In conjunction with junior team members, actively manage/monitor deals that are closed; reviewing summary asset management reports
In conjunction with junior team members, help create budgets, analyses and other financial reports for the business, as well as help provide reports required by banks and other investors; coordinating/supervising ongoing documentation requirements.
