National Sales Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Managing the ALC Sales Department
  • Originating Lease Transactions
  • Working closely with Senior management to establish overall goals and strategy
  • Training and motivating the ALC Sales department
  • Conducting annual reviews, recruiting and hiring staff, probation & termination
  • Establishing volume budget goals and creating commission plans
  • Weekly pipeline meetings with Executive Management
  • Preparing Proposals
  • Discussing Opportunities/Strategy with Direct Sales
  • Conduct national on-site customer meetings with origination
  • Coordinating with Legal Department on awarded transactions
  • Transaction and workload review with bi-weekly Funding Meetings
  • Preparing Offering Memoranda for Syndication (Sell) Transactions
  • Interact with Asset Management to Obtain Residuals
  • Conducting orientation for new hires
  • Due Diligence Presentation for ATEL Investors
Requirements: Education: Undergraduate BS business degree (Finance, Accounting, etc) and preferably an MBA.

Experience: A minimum of 10 years in the equipment leasing industry with direct experience in sales origination and sales management. A proven track record of individual and team success. Broad experience in conducting face-to-face customer meetings, establishing volume budgets, performance tracking, personnel issues, training, mentoring, prospecting skills and overall ability to work with various departments such as Equipment, Legal and Credit.

Knowledge/Skills: SuperTrump or equivalent, HP Financial Calculator, Developed Negotiation Skills, Analytical Skills, Communication Skills.
