Portfolio Financial Servicing Company (“PFSC”) is one of the largest independent private label servicers of lease/loan/structured settlement contracts in the U.S. and Canada. Since 1992, our dedicated and experienced staff has successfully serviced and managed billions of dollars in assets for both privately and publicly held clients. PFSC is active in the securitization market and has been approved by of all the rating agencies.

Today, PFSC is the primary or backup servicer for a variety of asset classes for both commercial and consumer accounts. We have particular expertise servicing the following: small/middle-ticket leases, consumer and commercial auto, consumer and commercial installment loans, structured settlement transactions (annuities and lotteries), unsecured consumer and debt consolidation loans and private label vendor programs. Primary Servicing covers the full spectrum of portfolio servicing — from contract booking through invoicing, collections, customer service, financial and managerial reporting and contract termination. We also provide Backup Servicing and Focused Services such as verification agent/document custodian services and sales/property tax compliance. PFSC is subject to annual SSAE 16 (“SOC1”) compliance audits, and employs a highly skilled and tenured staff.
