Fleet Advantage announced it has expanded the role of Jim Griffin, who will now serve in the capacity of both Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer. In this extended role, Griffin will focus his efforts on streamlining current processes and implementing data-centric measures that will bring even more value to its customers.

Griffin has already refined many of the company’s processes and systems to be the best of class and will be working on improving efficiencies and service quality to ensure greater customer satisfaction and more value added offerings.

"Jim is a seasoned professional and a natural leader who consistently drives positive results by inspiring all Fleet Advantage associates as well as understanding and providing solutions for our clients who are experiencing new and ever-changing challenges,” said John Flynn, CEO.  “We are confident of Jim’s commitment to providing operational excellence and cutting-edge, data driven solutions for our clients.”

Effective immediately, Griffin will assume responsibility for executing Fleet Advantage’s long-term corporate strategy initiatives, and enhancing workflows among the business development, finance and IT divisions.

Prior to becoming Chief Operating Officer, Griffin served as Chief Technology Officer charged with expanded development of the company’s technology programs and its data analytics platform. Under Griffin’s leadership, the company launched its award-winning proprietary ATLAAS product (Advanced Truck Lifecycle Administration Analytics Software) available exclusively to Fleet Advantage clients. In May 2016, Fleet Advantage and ATLAAS were awarded the Technology Leadership Award for Fleet TCO Optimization Solutions in North America by the global industry research and consulting firm Frost & Sullivan.
