UniFi Equipment Finance Expands Team to Support Growth

UniFi Equipment Finance announced two team members: Laurie Blazek, Collections Manager in the UniFi portfolio management team and James Paszko, Credit Analyst in the UniFi credit and underwriting team.

Blazek comes to UniFi with over eight years of experience with Arrow Uniform Rental where she was most recently the Corporate Accounts Receivable manager and was responsible for a wide-range of duties including managing staff and special accounts. Blazek is a graduate of Michigan State University where she earned her BA in Social Sciences with a major in Human Resources and Psychology.

Paszko adds over 20 years’ experience from Key Bank, Sherwin Williams, and Shrader Tire and Oil to the credit team at UniFi. Paszko was most recently the Credit Manager for Shrader Tire and Oil where he managed a 60 million dollar accounts receivable portfolio, worked with both sales teams and his own staff to increase sales, manage risk, and increase company cash flow. Paszko is a graduate of University of Toledo with a BA in Business Administration and holds finance and leadership certifications from Skillpath Leadership Management International, Inc., and University of Michigan.
