First American Education Finance announced that it has earned a bronze REGGIE Award in honor of FAEF’s Education First client loyalty program.

Since 1983, the REGGIE Awards have been the premier industry awards program recognizing the best marketing campaigns activated by brands and agencies. More than 200 judges of Director/VP level or higher industry experts score each entry. The other brands acknowledged in the client loyalty category this year were Miller/Coors and T-Mobile.

“Earning client loyalty is the cornerstone of First American’s mission,” said Alan Sikora, CEO. “Our Education First program provides a unique way to connect our clients and colleagues with classrooms in need around the country. We are incredibly honored to have been recognized on a national stage for this important initiative.”

The Education First program is designed to make a meaningful, positive impact on schoolchildren nationwide in a way that engages clients of First American. By giving back a percentage of profits directly to classrooms via DonorsChoose.org, clients are able to participate in the process by allocating a portion of First American’s donation to classrooms in their local communities. In the first year of the program, more than 19,000 students were impacted in more than 200 schools nationwide, connecting First American’s values to the values of the clients, and ultimately helping schools in need.

First American Education Finance is part of Los Angeles, CA-based City National Bank. First American is ranked among the largest equipment finance companies in the United States, and provides commercial equipment financing to the most creditworthy and sophisticated commercial borrowers in the country.
