Anu Sachdeva is a Strategic and Operational leader with senior management experience in Genpact ($2.5B GE spin off, professional services provider across various industry verticals including Equipment Finance) as well as with GE Capital's Commercial Equipment Finance Business in North America & Asia with over 25 years of experience.
Anu has leveraged her deep experience across Commercial Equipment Leasing & Lending risk management, Operational Excellence, Six Sigma and has continuously driven transformational change in businesses globally. She has made huge impact in growing Commercial Lending footprint in Genpact thru her roles in Sales and Business Development partnering with clients in delivering value.
In her current role as Global Practice Leader for Commercial Equipment Leasing and Lending for Genpact, she is leading the charter to drive innovation thru Lean Digital - a unique approach which blends commercial leasing domain expertise, design thinking and digital technologies to improve deal conversion, drive efficiency and enhance end customer experience.
In her prior role in Genpact she was Global Client Partner, managing front end sales team responsible for identifying, negotiating and leading multi-million dollar engagements to help senior managers of corporations develop and implement competitive strategies.
Previously , Anu has served as Process Excellence Leader at GE Capital Commercial Equipment Finance , North America – a former $90 billion Commercial Leasing and Lending business of GE , responsible for executing huge business transformation initiative across “Origination to Termination” by creating Operational Fulfillment thru Center of Excellence and simplified Technology Platforms there by making huge leaps in accuracy from 56% to 95%.
In earlier roles at GE Capital Asia, Anu was Regional Risk Officer responsible for managing acquired portfolio of transportation leasing assets. She was instrumental in driving the losses down by revamping the risk guidelines and driving collections effectiveness.
Anu is active mentor at Genpact diversity programs and industry diversity programs i.e. 30% Club which aims to grow women leaders. She was the finalist in Women in Sales Awards - North America 2016.
Anu is certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Digital and Design Thinking Practitioner. She is a Bachelors in Science from Delhi University, did an Advanced Management Course at GE's Jack Welch Learning Center as well as Women Leadership Forum at Harvard Business school.
