August 25, 2017, 07:30 AM

Insight Investments announced that it has expanded Scott Sullivan’s role to include leadership of the company’s financial services division, Insight Financial Services.  Sullivan, who has been leading the Ampil division, will now oversee all sales related operations for both the Ampil and IFS divisions, reporting directly to Insight Investments’ Chief Executive Officer, John Ford.

“We are pleased to expand Scott’s role within the organization,” said John Ford, Chief Executive Officer, Insight Investments, LLC. “Ampil is on a fast growth track, thanks to Scott and his team.  His strong experience in the equipment financing industry is very valuable for both Ampil and IFS and we are confident that under his leadership, they will continue to thrive and advance to the next level.”

Scott Sullivan has more than twenty years of experience in the technology finance industry. Before joining Insight Investments, he was instrumental in the sales growth of GE Capital’s vendor financial services business, and he directed the launch of Key Equipment Finance’s global technology finance program. Since 2015, he has led the Ampil organization which has achieved double digit revenue growth. Insight Financial Services will now gain the benefit of his industry experience, knowledge and relationships, which will accelerate the business.

Insight Financial Services (IFS), a division of Insight Investments, LLC, delivers financially transparent technology leasing solutions for businesses acquiring hardware, software and services. Its IT Refresh Contract, Asset Management Online System (AMOS) and 44,000 square foot Asset Return & Remarketing Center, empowers IFS customers with the ability to quantify and manage the total cost of IT refresh strategies. An ISO 9001:2008 certified organization, IFS serves more than 400 customers with a managed portfolio in excess of $700 million.

Ampil, a subsidiary of Insight Investments, LLC, provides custom vendor financing programs for technology manufacturers, systems integrators (SIs) and managed service providers (MSPs). Partnering with Ampil enables vendors to offer their customers flexible payment options including leasing, financing, and various usage-based billing alternatives. Ampil’s offering allows vendors and channel organizations to sell more solutions, more profitably, while ensuring incremental revenue and income opportunities in the future.
