November 07, 2017, 07:19 AM

Thomas A. Greco, Chief Executive Officer, Hilco Valuation Services, LLC, announced Adam Evans has been appointed SVP - Business Development Manager for the Eastern region of the United States supporting the Valuation, Monetization and Advisory platforms.  Evans has been with Hilco since 2001, having most recently served as the Business Development Manager for the Midwest and Central Canadian region.  In this new role, Evans will focus on financial institutions as well as investment banks and other professional services advisory companies in the states of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire and Pennsylvania.  He will also call on private equity, hedge funds and family offices.

Evans joined Hilco in 2001 as an Industrial Appraiser with the machinery and equipment valuation team.  Since 2006, Evans has managed multiple territories for Hilco Valuation Services, including the Western and Southwestern United States before moving to the Midwest in 2011.  Evans is highly regarded within the industry having built lasting relationships with banks, private equity firms, investment banks, turnaround restructuring groups and other members of the financial services community.

“Adam is a natural choice to take over our business development and growth efforts in New York and the broader Eastern region,” said Tom Greco.  “Adam has worked within the Hilco Global organization for many years and we’re confident that his experience and deep understanding of corporate finance transactions, asset-based lending, and the valuation services industry, enables him to serve our clients well, and move their transactions from qualification to closure with the highest standards and integrity.”

Evans will begin his new role and responsibilities for the Eastern Region effective immediately.
