LeaseAccelerator Hires Chief Revenue Officer

February 06, 2018, 07:05 AM

LeaseAccelerator announced that John Keenan has joined the company as its new chief revenue officer. Keenan brings 25 years of experience leading sales and marketing organizations at high-growth companies that disrupted or created new categories of software.

In his new role, Keenan will oversee all customer-facing operations at LeaseAccelerator, including Sales, Marketing, Global Alliances, Professional Services, and Customer Success. His responsibilities will include not only helping LeaseAccelerator to continue its rapid pace of sales growth, but also ensuring that existing customers are successful in achieving their compliance objectives by deploying the software.

"In my 25 year career, I've never seen a market positioned to grow as quickly as this new category of Enterprise Lease Accounting software," said John Keenan, chief revenue officer of LeaseAccelerator. "In a recurring revenue business, we have to stay continuously engaged with the customers on their journey as their definition of success will change over time as they make progress. While compliance with the new lease accounting standards may be the focus of the customers today, I think the long-term value will come from providing customers with the opportunity to improve the economics of enterprise leasing programs. We are the only firm in the market offering a solution for compliance and savings - leading to higher ROI."

Prior to joining LeaseAccelerator, Keenan was the chief customer officer at Modo Payments where he led a go-to-market team that was pioneering the digital payment infrastructure for global financial services market. Before Modo, Kennan held similar roles at various software companies, including SuccessFactors, OneNetwork, Mercator, USDATA and Oracle.

"John brings a tremendous amount of experience in building software companies that not only achieve high growth rates, but also fundamentally change market expectations about the customer experience," said Michael Keeler, chief executive officer of LeaseAccelerator. "I am looking forward to partnering with him over the coming years as we continue to disrupt and transform the way traditional enterprises approach managing and accounting for their lease portfolios." John Keenan is replacing the outgoing CRO, Jay McGlynn, who is retiring.
