EquipmentWatch, the world leader in data, software, and insights for the heavy equipment industry, has expanded its Rental Rate Blue Book and Internal Charge Rate products to include cost data for nearly 1,000 agricultural tractor models. Customers now have access to both nationally benchmarked and user-customized charge rates for this new category of equipment.

Introducing Standard Reimbursement Rates for Ag Tractors

For decades, project owners and contractors have relied on the Rental Rate Blue Book to accurately reimburse equipment costs incurred during extra work. Now subscribers have access to an entirely new category of equipment. “We’re always looking for ways to increase the value of an EquipmentWatch subscription to our users,” explained Garrett Schemmel, vice president, EquipmentWatch. “When we observed how often ag tractors were being used in our customers’ projects, both public and private, the decision to expand our coverage into this category of equipment was obvious.”

Accurate Ownership & Operating Costs for the Agricultural Tractor Owner

The Internal Charge Rate calculator provided by EquipmentWatch is the industry’s most accurate source for estimating asset-specific hourly owning & operating costs. This ability also extends to the nearly 1,000 ag tractor models now included in the EquipmentWatch subscription. Whether setting budgets, renting equipment out internally, or estimating an upcoming project, owners of ag tractors can confidently estimate their costs like never before.

Meeting the Needs of the Ag Sector

Where EquipmentWatch customers expressed a need, a solution was identified. The process began in 2015 when EquipmentWatch entered the agricultural valuation market by adding over 4,000 ag equipment models. Since then, ag has remained a focal point of growth and natural expansion within the already-existing EquipmentWatch solutions. Existing customers have immediate access.
