CSI Leasing, Inc. (CSI) announced two officer promotions:

• Eric Ausubel, executive vice president of transaction finance. Previously senior vice president, Ausubel is responsible for funding and syndications with respect to CSI’s domestic lease transactions with more than 35 financial institutions throughout the US. He has been with CSI for more than 30 years and earned a bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis, as well as an MBA from Washington University’s Olin Business School.

• Kim Phillips, CPA, assistant vice president of accounting. Phillips will continue her role in the daily management of CSI’s U.S. accounting and financial statements, along with other special projects. She has been with CSI for 10 years. She previously worked for a local CPA firm and earned a bachelor’s degree from Maryville University in St. Louis.
