April 30, 2018, 08:00 AM

HYPERAMS, LLC announced Dan Quirk has joined the firm as Managing Director of Valuations, Business Development. In his new role, Quirk will focus on driving continued and future sales growth of the company’s Appraisal Division, managing the division’s business development operations, as well as establishing productive relationships with existing and new clients across the country.

Prior to joining HYPERAMS, he was the Managing Director of Business Development following the merger of AccuVal-LiquiTec and Gordon Brothers. He has managed business development activities in the Midwest for the past 16 years, including working with lenders, private equity sponsors, law firms and turnaround firms, facilitating upwards of 5,000 deals with over $20 billion in asset value.

Prior to being named Managing Director of Business Development, Quirk was a Vice President at AccuVal, where he held joint responsibility for machinery and equipment appraisals on a global basis. He also managed AccuVal's Chicago office, overseeing all operations and directing the appraisal staff. Earlier in his career, Quirk was a multi-disciplined appraiser and consultant for other valuation and appraisal firms.

In addition to his business roles, Quirk is invested in professional development and is a member of several industry organizations. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers; has been a Board of Directors member for the Milwaukee Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA); and is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).

“We are pleased to welcome Dan to our team. With Dan’s many years of experience and strong relationships with clients across the country, and with his and the existing team’s business development skills, we believe we can continue to expand HYPERAMS’ share in the inventory and machinery and equipment appraisal market,” said Jonathan Deptula, Managing Director of Appraisal Services.
