July 10, 2018, 07:15 AM

Umpqua Bank, a subsidiary of Umpqua Holdings Corporation, announced the addition of Randy Mora as senior vice president and commercial banking manager to lead its North Coast Commercial Banking Office & Wine Specialty Group. A veteran banker with 35 years of experience, Mora will continue building Umpqua’s expertise serving the region’s businesses across a diverse range of sectors, including wine, forest products, specialty foods, manufacturing and investor real estate.

According to Rebecca Fabisch Miller, senior vice president and corporate banking regional director, Mora’s addition reflects Umpqua’s commitment to offer North Coast businesses expert talent and customer-centric service backed by the bank’s expanding suite of banking capabilities, which include lending, depository and treasury management solutions, equipment financing, international banking, and debt capital markets.

“Randy is a highly regarded banker who knows the North Coast and its industries as well as anyone. Over three decades, he’s built long-standing relationships with companies of all sizes, helping them finance growth and manage cashflow with trusted, creative solutions,” said Fabisch Miller. “Combined with Umpqua’s extensive banking capabilities, Randy’s deep knowledge and expertise will be tremendous assets for our customers and our business.”

Prior to joining Umpqua, Mora held positions with Wells Fargo, American Ag Credit and Exchange Bank. He most recently served as associate director at MetLife Agricultural Finance, where he successfully helped drive that institution’s growth in the agriculture sector, with special focus on wine and almonds.

Umpqua Bank has its headquarters in Roseburg, Ore. It has locations across Idaho, Washington, Oregon, California and Nevada.
