POSITION SUMMARY
Generate profitable sales volume through assigned lease programs; Originate volume through their own prospecting and business development efforts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Achieve sales volume goals, lease targets, average spread and/or fee revenues and contribute to overall team goals.
- Service, strengthen, grow and manage strategic business relationships through accurate and timely communication.
- Prospect and originate profitable lease volume with customers and prospects. Ensure company's portfolio strength and profitability through accurate quotes.
- Negotiate transactions, help gather documentation and credit information, and assist operations team as appropriate.
- Expand awareness of leasing programs to partner associates through verbal and written communication.
- Train partner lenders on the Element leasing program.
- Participate in sales meetings and joint sales calls with partners, lenders, and new business prospects in order to generate new sales volume.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or work experience
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the leasing industry
