CoActiv Capital Partners, Inc. a Marubeni Group Company, announced today the appointment of Mr. Dan Kramer as the company's Executive Vice President.

In this position, Mr. Kramer will oversee CoActiv's Technology Finance, Franchise Finance, and Capital Markets divisions. He will continue the development of these business units by growing our existing relationships and working closely with our program partners.
 
Mr. Kramer brings vast experience with him to CoActiv. Most recently, Mr. Kramer served as Managing Director, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at ICON Investments, where he directed capital markets and investment originations. Prior to this position, he was the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales for GMAC Commercial Asset Finance where he managed a nationwide sales force.

Mr. Kramer also held posts of Senior Vice President for ORIX Financial Services as well as Managing Director of Kramer, Clark & Company.
