1st Source Announces Return of Christopher Craft

1st Source announces the return of Christopher Craft as President of the Auto/Light Truck and Specialty Vehicle Fleet Divisions within the 1st Source Specialty Finance Group. Craft will oversee all aspects of financing, treasury management and client service for the auto/light truck rental, commercial transportation lessor, shuttle bus, delivery van and funeral car markets that these divisions serve across the United States. Craft will also serve as a member of the bank’s Senior Management Committee.
 
Craft began his career with 1st Source Bank in 1985 and later served as Vice President of Commercial Banking. He rejoins 1st Source after serving as Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Regional Manager at Lake City Bank, were he was responsible for the Elkhart, Mishawaka and South Bend area markets.
 
Craft earned a B.S. in Business Management from Indiana University South Bend and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. He has earned the designations of Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Treasury Professional. Craft is also a graduate of the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce Leadership Academy.
 
Craft is active in the community and serves on the Board of Directors of the South Bend Symphony, Friends of the Snite Museum, IUSB Alumni Association and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes of North Central Indiana. He is also a former board member of the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce.
 
Craft is the immediate Past Chairman of the Indiana University Alumni Association and is a Past President and Past Scholarship Chairman of the IUSB Alumni Association. Craft’s extensive involvement with IUSB has also included serving on the Business School Advisory Board and Chancellor’s Advisory Board. In 2010 he was honored with both the IUSB Business School Distinguished Alumni Award and the IU Alumni Association’s President’s Award. Craft has also served as a Past Regional Director of the Notre Dame MBA Alumni Association.
