Wells Fargo CF Promotes Leaders for Channel Finance Division

Wells Fargo Capital Finance (WFCF), a unit of Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, announced Jack Morrone and Daniel Pfeiffer have been promoted to lead its Channel Finance division, the world’s largest channel financing platform that serves resellers, distributors and vendors in the technology industry.

Morrone, Division Manager, and Pfeiffer, Head of Business Development, now report to Holly Kaczmarczyk, head of Supply Chain Finance.

“Jack and Daniel have extensive supply chain financing and lending experience, strong relationship development and leadership skills, and history of achieving outstanding results that add value to our team and our clients,” said Kaczmarczyk. “They will play key roles in developing of our capabilities and finding working capital solutions for technology firms globally.”

Based in Chicago, Morrone is a 22-year industry veteran who most recently served as Regional Underwriting Manager for Supply Chain Finance and led an underwriting team that supported its Channel Finance division. Prior to that, at GE Capital, he spent 19 years in various underwriting and relationship management roles in asset-based lending, leveraged finance, channel finance, and floorplan finance. In those roles, Morrone led cross-functional teams that served customers in multiple industries, verticals, and geographies. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and his MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

Based in Weston, FL., Pfeiffer joined Wells Fargo in 2016 as Head of Sales for supplier finance and the key accounts purchase programs in Supply Chain Finance. He started his financial services career more than 15 years ago and has held various roles in cash management, trade finance, supplier finance, export agency finance, and securities and funds services. Before that, Pfeiffer worked for a San Francisco fintech startup to build a supply chain finance offering for Europe and the United States. He earned his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Delaware.
