ECS Financial Services is a full-service CPA firm specializing in providing equipment lease portfolio management, accounting, tax, and management advisory services to the banking and equipment leasing industries. Our lease management team of highly skilled accountants and tax specialists are experienced in providing quality professional service.
Our lease management services include a/r billing and collections, preparation of monthly gross investment, lease income and residual schedules, as well as a variety of management reports, book and tax depreciation tracking, and other related needs. ECS provides accurate and timely reports that enable you to make sound decisions, and develop strategies for the optimum management of your portfolio and business. ECS also prepares multiple state sales/use tax, and personal property tax returns for each jurisdiction, including tracking of due dates.
In addition to our portfolio management services, ECS can also maintain your general ledger and other accounting records, prepare financial statements, and federal and multi-state income tax returns, for business entities and individuals. If you would like to retain the services of your current accountant, ECS will provide journal entries and other relevant accounting data to your in-house accountant or independent accounting firm for their use in preparing financial statements and income tax returns.
ECS caters to leasing companies who need to satisfy all of the accounting and reporting requirements of their portfolio, but either cannot justify the cost of an in house staff with all of the skills and experience necessary to meet those needs, or simply don’t want the pressures of handling these responsibilities in-house.
