Robinson added "Not only do we provide our customers a future value based on the term and hour usage, we are also providing day 1 values in the event reserves need to be established for immediate defaults. In addition, in our comprehensive report, we alert the lender to specific components and/or attachments on the collateral that could be an issue if the equipment is returned at the end of the lease. We can advise them how to include language in their return conditions to protect themselves on a piece by piece and deal by deal basis."
