Meridian OneCap Credit Corporation announced the appointment of its new Vice President of National Sales, Dave Markel.

With over 18 years of experience, Markel has contributed to the success of leading industry firms. Most recently, he successfully led the overall sales strategy and oversaw sales results for RCAP as a member of their executive team.

Along with leading the sales strategy at Meridian OneCap, Markel will oversee the sales force in addition to optimizing the national account programs. He is based out of Vancouver, B.C.

OneCap, a fully owned subsidiary of Meridian Credit Union, provides customized equipment financing solutions, both through vendors and brokers across the country. Meridian is Ontario’s largest credit union and the second largest in Canada.
