Honour Capital Co-Founders Brian Slipka and Shea Huston announced the addition of John Gauger, Director of Capital Markets, and Rob Munz, Vice President of Sales, to their team.

Gauger came to Honour Capital after two decades in investment banking, credit sales and commercial banking, most recently having served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking at U.S. Bank. He gained experience at banking, institutional credit and financial industry powerhouses such as UBS, Merrill Lynch, and Credit Suisse. Gauger is a graduate of Yale University.

“With the addition of Rob Munz to the Honour Capital team, we have been able to expand and strengthen our geographic footprint with a regional office in Ohio,” said Slipka.

Munz’s experience includes providing customized capital solutions to middle market companies and large corporations throughout the Midwest. He comes to Honour Capital with over 15 years of experience delivering equipment finance solutions for aircraft, construction, healthcare, IT, marine, manufacturing, rail and transportation equipment, focusing on transaction sizes of $1 million-plus with aggressive structures and rates. Munz is a graduate of Ohio University.

Honour Capital now has a team of 25 professionals with headquarters in Minneapolis, MN, a Philadelphia, PA, regional office, a Florida regional office, and the newly added Ohio regional office.
