Community First Bank of Indiana has added Esther Bryant and Adam Pleva to the bank’s Commercial Lending team. Bryant joined the bank as Assistant Vice President, Commercial Lender. A graduate of Ball State University, she brings five years of industry experience with a focus on alternative lending. Through her time working at a nonprofit small business lender, Bryant has developed a deep understanding of SBA 7(a) lending that she looks forward to sharing with her clients.

Pleva joined the bank as Vice President, Commercial Lender. A graduate of Ball State University, Pleva brings close to 20 years of industry experience to the team. Throughout his career, he has specialized in the lending needs of a variety of industries nationwide including Insurance Agents/Brokers, Franchise Sales and more.
