Tamarack, Sandhills Global Partner to Leverage AI and Market Asset Values

Tamarack Technology, Inc. and Sandhills Global have entered into a strategic partnership designed to help equipment finance companies elevate portfolio management and profitability. Combining the power of operational data and real-time insights from Sandhills’ Value Insight Portal (VIP), the partnership will provide Tamarack with access to Sandhills’ market value asset data, which can be aggregated and analyzed by artificial intelligence (AI) technology to inform decision-making and improve portfolio performance.

“Rising interest rates and the threat of a recession have turned industry focus to asset quality and portfolio performance,” said Scott Nelson, President and Chief Data Officer (CDO) at Tamarack Technology. “Sandhills Global’s asset valuation products are the industry standard for assessing the economic status of asset values. The data we get from their Equipment Value Index gives us the ability to provide customers with real-time insights into how asset values are impacting their portfolios and the recommended actions to improve their performance.”

Historically, portfolio performance has been difficult to manage due to a lack of actionable insights from data, which is often siloed in disparate information systems that require manual review to make strategic business decisions. This partnership represents a shift in how equipment finance organizations can manage portfolios, drive better performance, and make enhanced business decisions using Tamarack’s AI technology and Sandhills’ market value data.
