First American Creates 30 New Positions, Expands Rochester Headquarters

After completing its third consecutive year of greater than 25% organic growth, Rochester, NY-based First American Equipment Finance will hire to fill 30 newly-created positions at its headquarters in 2016. The financial services firm expanded its state-of-the-art office space to accommodate its growth during 2015 and will expand again in 2016.

The majority of the hiring will take place in the company’s Commercial Lending Development Program for recent college graduates and MBAs.  First American employs 170 full-time employees.  In 2015, First American was recognized by FORTUNE as one of the 20 Great Workplaces in Financial Services and among the 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials in the U.S.

The office expansion includes three additional videoconference suites, expanding First American’s strategy of virtually connecting with business clients across the U.S.  The new space also includes 30 additional workstations, high definition digital signage, plus conference rooms and collaboration areas featuring the latest technology.
