Ms. Martha Ahlers, VP and COO of United Leasing, announced during the Web.com United Leasing & Finance Championship Media Day on March 7, 2016, that the company has formally changed its name to United Leasing & Finance. While there is no change in the organizational structure of the company, the new name reflects an expansion of its corporate focus and broadening of the financial services it offers.

“As the company name has evolved from United Automobile Leasing Service, Inc. to United Leasing, Inc., our new company name better identifies the lease and loan products available to our customers,” according to Ahlers. With its ongoing niche expansion, United Leasing & Finance recognizes its exceptional products and services provided by its knowledgeable and experienced staff. “We are excited to build on our reputation of unique and creative financing solutions coupled with superior customer service,” stated Ahlers.

Founded in 1964, United Companies is a privately owned corporation headquartered in Evansville, Ind. It is comprised of United Leasing & Finance, Professional Transportation, Inc. and the Romain Automotive Group. United Companies has evolved into a multifaceted financial and transportation services organization with more than 3,000 corporate accounts.
