As of September 13, ECS Financial Services is accredited by the Better Business Bureau. The accreditation comes with an A+ rating for the financial company and highlights their commitment to providing excellent service to the leasing industry.

“Our BBB A+ rating reflects the excellence in customer service that our ECS principals have always embodied. For over 50 years, we have been providing exceptional customer service to our clients, including those in the leasing industry,” said CEO Sam Oliva, “Needless to say this BBB A+ accreditation further exhibits our commitment to our customers.”

With the new accreditation, ECS promises to be guided by the BBB Business Partner Code of Conduct that outlines business practices the bureau has deemed important. ECS’ commitment to the code ensures that clients will be served by a trustworthy company with honesty, privacy, and integrity at its core.

In order to become accredited, ECS Financial was required to meet, maintain, and agree to the BBB Code of Business Practices. The code describes what advertising, selling, and customer service practices a business must meet to be considered for accreditation.

In passing the review, ECS has been deemed:

  • Trustworthy
  • Honest
  • Transparent
  • Responsive
  • Honorable

The Better Business Bureau determined that ECS qualified not only for accreditation, but also an A+ rating. To receive this rating, ECS was required to have a clean complaint history, be law abiding, and prove to have ethical business practices. ECS’ over 50 years in business also contributed to the score.

With this rating, clients can be assured that ECS abides by the BBB’s code of business practices and code of advertising. It also requires ECS to respond to any complaints filed and produce accurate and non-deceptive advertising.
