ZRG Partners Expands Financial Services Practice, Names Practice Leader

ZRG Partners has added Patrick Prout as Managing Director and the Practice Leader for Banking, to support the firm’s continued growth in the Financial Services sector.

Prior to joining ZRG, Prout has had a solid career in the banking sector including a role as the president and chief operating officer, and vice chairman of Bank One, Cleveland. His executive career in financial services also included positions with Bank of America and Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City.

Prout received a B.S. degree in engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and an M.B.A. in general management from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business. He took his commission in the U.S. Marine Corps and served two tours of duty in Vietnam where he was awarded the Bronze Star medal with combat "v." He is a member of the Executive Leadership Council and serves on the Advisory Board of Women in the Boardroom.

For the past decade, Prout has been serving his banking clients with senior level recruiting for Board of Directors and C- suite executives. Prior to joining ZRG, he worked at Heidrick & Struggles and ran his own firm for several years.
