After selecting LeaseTeam (LTi) as its technology partner of choice in July 2017, Your Leasing Solution, LLC (YLS) sensed promising times were ahead for the up-and-coming independent leasing company. Now that YLS is officially live with its end-to-end ASPIRE v5 system, it’s time to capitalize on the company’s investment in first-class technology.

CEO Christopher Pozek and CFO Robert Weening launched YLS in 2017 with a clear vision: to provide fast, affordable equipment leasing for all credit types. Today, the primary focus is helping micro and small ticket size lessees obtain heavy equipment in the construction, agricultural, landscaping and municipal sectors; as well as transportation equipment, including semi-trucks, trailers, fleets and commercial vehicles. However, prior to partnering with LTi, time-consuming processes hindered productivity. From the glaring absence of workflow automation to insufficient reporting and scalability measures, Pozek and Weening knew YLS could work more efficiently given its employee head count.

From the project’s inception, LTi Director of Sales Jesse Johnson was confident YLS’ pain points could be relieved by deploying ASPIRE for all of its contract management needs.

“Converting YLS’ current portfolio to ASPIRE served as a valuable training exercise for our customers, helping them quickly adapt to their new system,” said Johnson. “Moving forward, this will reduce manual tasks and sales turnaround time, while also providing the support of our secure hosting solution.”

Likewise, Weening was very pleased with the project’s outcome, even hinting at future opportunities for innovation down the road.

“I’m eager to see where this partnership takes us as we evolve with the cutting-edge microservices offered by ASPIRE,” said Weening. “Other possibilities like Salesforce integration are definitely on the horizon."
