is a Partner in and Vice Chair of Pepper Hamilton LLP’s Trial and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Stio is a seasoned trial attorney who has litigated and arbitrated in courts and before arbitration panels throughout the United States. He helps clients achieve their litigation goals through the development of a factual record and the effective presentation of arguments through motion practice and trial advocacy. Stio’s practice focuses on complex commercial disputes involving class actions and derivative suits, banking and financial services issues, and higher education law.
James H.S. Levine
is an Associate with Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Wilmington, DE, office. Levine concentrates his practice on complex commercial and corporate litigation, including business and fiduciary disputes, securities litigation and statutory proceedings under the Delaware General Corporation Law.
