Fleet Advantage announced it was named by Food Logistics as a Top 100 Software and Technology provider in 2019 for the sixth straight year. The annual FL100+ Top Software and Technology Providers list serves as a resource guide of software and technology providers whose products and services are critical for companies in the global food and beverage supply chain.

Food Logistics has again recognized Fleet Advantage for ATLAAS (Advanced Truck Lifecycle Administrative Analytics Software), the company’s proprietary data analytics software for fleet asset management. ATLAAS is a one-stop resource that gives fleet executives an entire suite of pertinent information, and by leveraging analytics and visualization techniques, enables them to manage their fleet with a few keystrokes. ATLAAS identifies the truck’s TIPPINGPOINT – the point at which it costs more to operate an existing truck compared with replacing it with newer, more efficient equipment.

ATLAAS has over 18 billion miles of data as part of the company’s tracking and analysis and monitors over 54,000 vehicles, offering advantages in benchmarking of operating costs and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership.)

“We are honored to once again be selected as a top software and technology provider in the food and supply chain space,” said Jim Griffin, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technical Officer at Fleet Advantage. “For six straight years, Fleet Advantage has been recognized for its long-standing commitment to perfecting Business Intelligence data that ultimately improves the bottom line for many organizations within the supply chain, as well as other industries.”

“Whether you’re using sensors to monitor critical temperatures for perishables or a WMS to manage inventory flows in your warehouse, software and technology are playing a vital role in the food and beverage industry,” remarks John R. Yuva, editor for Food Logistics and its sister publication, Supply & Demand Chain Executive. “The transparency and safety of the digital global food supply chain would not exist without innovations in software and technology. Our FL100+ recipients help drive supply chain compliance and regulatory changes that benefit everyone from the farmer to the food processor to the consumer.”
