We are seeking a self-motivated, solutions-oriented Sales Leasing Manager with experience in the commercial equipment leasing/financing industry. Our ideal candidate would have experience managing a medium-sized sales force.

You will drive and execute the goals of ELGA by focusing on the coordination and support of the sales team. You will be the point person in developing and maintaining client and vendor relationships. Your hunting, business development, solution-selling, and account management skills will dramatically impact the company’s success. You will have the opportunity to build your team from the ground up, leveraging your skills in hiring and retaining star performers while implementing best practices. We will look to you for innovative ideas around building a high performance sales team.
