Balboa Capital’s Business Center provides the back office support needed to fund transactions for the entire organization. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to both internal sales representatives and our external clients. Our team needs to expand to keep pace with Balboa’s steady growth.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 + years’ experience with business finance documentation/funding.
  • The ability to work with internal and external customers.
  • Possess a positive, energetic attitude with proven track record of going above and beyond customer service.
  • Thorough attention to detail as it pertains to documentation and funding.
  • The ability to work on their own and with a team. Proactive Team Player!
  • High level of transaction ownership and dedication.
  • Interact with Equipment Vendors and Balboa Clients to facilitate solid customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to multi-task

  • Generate lease/loan documentation
  • Review incoming documentation for accuracy
  • Shepard lease/loan transactions through the funding process
  • Communicate with Vendors, Customers, and Sales Representatives
  • Maintain a working knowledge of company policies & procedures
