Healthcare Equipment Finance Group We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional within our Specialty Markets Group, to expand our Healthcare division. We have ample opportunity for either an experienced Business Development or Account Management sales professional to join our team. The Sales Professional in this role will have the opportunity to focus primarily in one of these two areas:

Account Management:
  • Responsible for organic growth with existing vendor relationships
  • Development of annual business plans to increase lease penetration rates
  • Manage the day to day relationship with existing vendor programs
  • Work with internal resources including marketing, credit, customer service and technology solutions to enhance our value through innovation and process improvement
  • Prospect and onboard new opportunities within assigned healthcare segments
Business Development:
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends within the various segments of the healthcare market
  • Identify and generate new vendor opportunities that will expand our presence in healthcare
  • Develop trusted advisor level relationships with key contacts and decision makers
  • Manage relationships with vendors in order to increase business and profitability for both the vendor and GreatAmerica
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external audiences in support of business development initiatives
Regardless of the primary focus, this individual will also be responsible for the development and implementation of vendor account strategies and originations. Sales and marketing activity will be generated through manufacturers, distributor, and dealer relationships across the United States. GreatAmerica & Specialty Markets Group Mission, Vision, Business Concept, Principles and the GreatAmerica Experience will guide this Sales Professional.

Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance or equivalent plus 7 years consultative healthcare equipment finance sales experience and documented historical success in prior roles. Must possess superior sales skills and an ability to work in a highly unsupervised environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Must be able to multi-task and possess exceptional organizational and follow-up skills. Must be willing and able to learn new methods. Must possess enough business acumen and judgment to make appropriate decisions.
