Wintrust Commercial Finance (WCF), a division of Wintrust Financial Corporation (Nasdaq WTFC), is looking for sales professionals to support our continued growth and direct sales efforts in one of our geographic regions – Central, East and West. If you have a competitive drive with an innate desire to succeed and want a realistic six figure income potential starting in the first year, we would like to hear from you. WCF specializes in loan and lease products secured by fixed assets consisting of property, plant and equipment including but not limited to: trucking, construction, manufacturing, rail, marine, technology, energy, and healthcare.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect Daily for new and manage existing relationship with middle market companies.
  • Visit accounts and prospects.
  • Utilize WCF’s existing CRM to build and maintain a detailed and organized database.
  • Coordinate with our marketing team to execute database marketing initiatives to generate opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify equipment lease and finance transactions.
  • Work with management to analyze, price and structure transactions.
  • Assist in managing the customer and relationship from initial contact, transaction award, credit underwriting and funding.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2+ years successful track record in Business to Business Sales.
  • BA/BS degree with preferred emphasis in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
  • Strong written/oral communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient using Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Ability to travel as needed to build relationships.
  • Confident self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
