SALES CONSULTANT
Location: Remote

Quality Leasing Co., Inc. is a Midwest-based, family-owned, independent finance company offering flexible terms, convenient structures, and personalized service to customers nationwide. We focus on funding B-C credit transactions from $30,000 up to $3,000,000. Historically concentrated financing titled vehicles, we are looking to expand our manufacturing, medical, heavy equipment and other commercial asset portfolios.

Position Overview

The Sales Consultant position is a career-oriented opportunity in the equipment finance industry. This position requires a go-getter with an energetic mindset that is ready to join an already motivated sales team as a key player. We are looking to add a dynamic, high-performing Sales Consultant with equipment finance experience and a proven track record of strong performance. As a Sales Consultant, you will manage your own book of business by prospecting equipment brokers, dealers, vendors and business owners, nationwide.

Essential Functions
  • Develop and maintain referral relationships with third party originators, manufacturers, vendors, dealers and end users.
  • Preliminary underwriting of transactions to ensure an efficient process.
  • Submitting complete financing requests for consideration by credit department.
  • Provide superior customer service from application to payoff.
  • Maintain high levels of communication with clients and other internal departments to ensure timely, accurate and professional service is provided to customers in portfolio.
  • Become a subject matter expert for target markets/industries.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in the equipment finance industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
  • The ability to problem solve and take pride in your work.
  • Results oriented.
  • Salesforce or Contact Management Software (CRM) preferred, but not required.
  • CLFP a plus.
Compensation:
  • Commission based with optional monthly draw.
  • Medical (HSA)/Dental/Vision
  • 401k Plan
Working Conditions: 100% remote with limited travel (3-4 days per quarter) to other offices or trade shows. Computer equipment and cell phone provided.
