PEAC Solutions is seeking Regional Sales Managers to drive new business loan and lease originations from commercial equipment dealers in an assigned territory. This is a purpose-driven, high intensity role for competent and qualified sales professionals to drive significant results for the company and themselves.

Essential Functions:
  • Establish strong relationships with dealer principals, F&I managers, and/or sales leaders at the largest equipment sellers in your assigned geography
  • Deliver the PEAC Solutions value proposition effectively to key stakeholders, such that PEAC receives an increasing share of the dealer’s financeable opportunity
  • Identify, source, and sign new relationships to attain and exceed volume origination targets
  • Act as the key relationship owner between PEAC and the accounts you support
  • 5+ years’ sales experience in Equipment Finance, Commercial Equipment, and/or a combination of the two
  • 5+ years’ experience in any of the following industries: Construction, Transportation, Material Handling, Healthcare, Copiers, Technology (hardware and software)
  • Track record of sales achievement
  • BS/BA degree with focus in business, finance, or relevant field preferred; High School Diploma/GED required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and Salesforce
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have the ability to travel at least 75% - 80% to commercial dealers in the assigned territory

  • Expertise: Either in the industries we serve or the products we sell, you are an expert in the solutions we offer
