Digital Marketing Analytics Specialist
Location(s): Philadelphia Hybrid/Remote; 100% Remote Considered

Summary of Position:

Can you turn raw data points into actionable information and then help to generate business strategies based on that information? Do you have a talent for seeing patterns and making insightful recommendations with them? Do you have experience collecting, analyzing, summarizing, and presenting marketing trends in macroeconomics and customer industry segments? LEAF Commercial Capital, an industry leader in equipment financing for vendors and end users, currently has an opening for a Digital Analytics Specialist at our Philadelphia, PA headquarters.

This essential role requires an individual who’s as comfortable working on the right side of the brain as on the left. We’re looking for someone with a passion for and experience with deeply analyzing data and then creatively using the resulting insight to generate and manage leads, as well as maximize the value of customer portfolios. As part of your duties as LEAF’s Digital Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for developing unique ways to acquire new equipment vendor and small business leads. Then, using your analysis and synthesis of relevant data, you will guide the LEAF sales and marketing teams in nurturing those leads with a keen understanding of their business needs, goals, and obstacles. You will also be responsible for coordinating activity in our CRM system and developing methods to rank the business opportunity presented by vendors and end user customers, all with an eye toward the tactical and strategic implementation of insights generated by data gathered across a variety of industry segments.

In the role of Digital Analytics Specialist, you will work daily with LEAF’s Marketing Technology Stack including Salesforce, Marketo, and more platform.

Essential Functions:
  • Assists in the future direction of LEAF’s markets; and define lead generation processes on an ongoing basis using marketing and data analysis
  • Develop, maintain and distribute reporting dashboards along with actionable insights to evaluate performance and ROI of marketing campaigns
  • Uses the CRM system,, and marketing automation platform, Marketo, as well as all other marketing technology as appropriate to track trends and behavioral patterns of prospects and customers
  • Analyzes trends in historical financial data to recommend customer segments, perform customer modeling and messaging
  • Identify new lead sources and acquire new leads for the various business units
  • Monitors application and booking activity by promotion, Marketing campaign or lead set to determine success and failures
  • Assists in the updating and maintenance of the quality of customer and prospect data in Salesforce
  • Develops custom reporting and present analytical findings
  • Effectively communicates with sales management and other personnel to identify needs from a lead management perspective

Associate degree and a minimum of 3 years’ marketing, product management, financial, analytics, and/or data management experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 5 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 3 years’ marketing, product management, financial, analytics and/or data management experience. Experience assuming project-oriented work requiring the combination of synthesizing information and presenting findings that aid in managerial decision-making. Proven analytical skills.

Education and Experience Preferred:
  • Associate degree in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research or related field
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous financial services industry experience
  • Experience with pertinent web analytics and tag software
