Job Description:

The Account Manager will support OnPoint Capital’s sales pipeline by coordinating with the sales team, equipment manufacturers, dealers, and end users to provide equipment financing and leasing solutions nationwide. The Account Manager is responsible for guiding new and existing accounts through the funding process from credit submission through lease closing while providing dedicated customer service to all stakeholders. Successful Account Managers will build and maintain relationships and solicit future business when appropriate. The job requires attention to detail, prioritization, diligent follow-up and attentiveness to estimated funding timelines. Account Manager will work remotely.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Actively manage the sales pipeline, working transactions from initial entry through to final funding to meet forecasted closing dates
  • Solicit and audit funding checklist items for accuracy, including lease contracts, supplier invoices, and insurance certificates
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service, responding promptly to calls and emails from manufacturers, dealers and end users
Ideal Candidate:
  • Detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced, team environment
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and make money
  • 2-5 years experience. Preference made for candidates with experience in the equipment finance industry or a sales/support role that included leasing/financing as an integral part of the selling process. Training opportunities are available to candidates new to the equipment finance industry.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
