Cindy Fleck, CLFP, returned to Channel as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Equipment Finance in 2019. She leads this division from initial product conception, industry launch and continued expansion, leveraged against the brand and reputation of Channel. Fleck has nearly 30 years of credit, underwriting, sales & marketing, and sales leadership experience, majority of this time spent in the third party originated marketplace. In 2009, Cindy was instrumental in the launch of Channel Partners Capital before she moved on to spend nine years with GreatAmerica Financial Services in their specialty markets division, primarily working with the construction industry. Fleck is a steadfast advocate for both her customers and her team and takes a consultative approach to discover customers’ needs and ensure the right solutions are delivered. Fleck is a graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University where she majored in accounting with a minor in business. She earned her CLFP designation in 2016.
