Matrix Medical Network, the nation's leading provider of prospective health assessments for Medicare Advantage (MA) plan members, and GE Capital Fleet Services, have collaborated to create a fleet vehicle program to support Matrix's more than 500 Nurse Practitioners (NPs) as they conduct MA health assessments in more than 30 states.

The one-minute Matrix-GE Capital commercial can also be viewed on Matrix's new YouTube channel at Matrix Medical Network & GE Capital Vignette.

Matrix's team of NPs completed more than 220,000 assessments in 2012, well ahead of the company's 2011 record-setting total. The company is already on track to exceed its 2012 health assessment completion total. A key element of Matrix's operational processes that support its field-based NPs is the company's relationship with GE Capital Fleet Services that helped the company finance and launch a national fleet vehicle program. Matrix has more than 500 GE Capital-financed and -supported fleet vehicles deployed to NPs across the United States.

"Our NPs drive more than 12 million miles every year as they make their 'life changing' rounds in support of our Medicare Advantage clients and their members," said Randy Dobbs, chief executive officer of Matrix. "Because of our relationship with GE Capital Fleet Services, where they focus on keeping our clinical teams in great vehicles and on the roads, Matrix can focus on providing the comprehensive in-person, 60-minute-plus prospective health assessments in member homes and nursing facilities that we pioneered using a national network of highly-trained employee NPs more than a decade ago."
