Eckstein, Counsel to the firm, concentrates his practice on all aspects of complex debtor and creditor matters in bankruptcy cases and out-of-court restructurings. Eckstein earned his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School of Union University.

Finkel, a Partner of the firm, serves as the Partner-in-Charge of its New York City office and as Co-Chair of the firm's Tax Practice Group. He concentrates his practice on the areas of individual and business taxation including tax controversy and tax litigation. Finkel earned his LL.M. in Taxation and his Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law.

Goldberg, a Partner of the firm, serves as Chair of its Construction Practice Group. He focuses his practice on all facets of complex construction law related matters. Goldberg earned his Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law.
