Cole Taylor Bank Adds BDO in Wisconsin

Cole Taylor Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Taylor Capital Group, Inc. announced that Andrew J. Rankin has joined the organization as Assistant Vice President, Commercial Banking. In this role, Rankin will report to Russ Weyers, Group Senior Vice President and head of the Bank’s Franklin, Wisconsin office.

Rankin joins Cole Taylor Bank from Tri City National Bank in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, where he was Assistant Vice President responsible for developing and managing commercial banking relationships. Mr. Rankin earned his MBA from Marquette University and is a graduate of St. Norbert College.

In commenting on Rankin’s hiring, Weyers said, “I am very pleased to welcome Andy to our growing commercial banking office. His local expertise will further enhance our efforts to bring Cole Taylor’s relationship-based approach to business owners and managers in the region. Since entering the southeast Wisconsin market a year ago, Cole Taylor has been successful in building a solid rapport with local business owners by providing customized lending solutions and responsive service. I’m confident Andy will be a terrific asset in providing new opportunities to support this expansion. “
