Nations Equipment Finance announced that Andrew Sisti has joined the company as Senior Vice President - Originations.  In this role, Andrew will be responsible for NEF’s large ticket transaction origination activities, as well as fostering relationships with private equity sponsors and restructuring advisors.

Andrew has over 20 years of experience in asset finance.  His background includes originating, placing and implementing tax and non-tax oriented transactions.  Previously, Andrew was Founding Member of Fortiori Capital, a lease advisory entity.  He also held positions with BTMU Capital Corporation as Managing Director – Syndications, Banc of America Leasing & Capital Group as Principal – Equity Distributions and Citibank as Vice President – Asset Finance Group.
