Global law firm White & Case LLP announced Todd Wolynski has rejoined its New York office as a Partner. Wolynski served as a White & Case associate from 2006 to 2013 and returns to the firm as a member of its Global Asset Finance Practice.

He recently served as Chief Administrative Officer at Macquarie Rotorcraft Leasing and General Counsel & Chief Administrative Officer at Waypoint Leasing.

"Todd is an extremely capable lawyer with a demonstrated ability to lead in complex and difficult negotiations," said Justin Benson, Global Head of White & Case's Global Asset Finance Practice. "We have been looking forward to his return to the Firm."

Wolynski advises lessors, borrowers, lenders and export credit agencies in connection with helicopter and fixed-wing financings, asset-based structured financings and other cross-border corporate transactions in the aviation and energy sectors. He also has extensive experience in M&A, restructurings and bankruptcies involving companies in the aviation industry.
