Wintrust Commercial Finance (WCF), a division of Wintrust Asset Finance Inc., announced W. Keith Moore has joined the company to lead WCF’s capital markets organization.

As Senior Vice President and Group Head, he will work alongside a national team of industry veterans, including Steve Cusick and Andre Crompton, both responsible for indirect originations, and Justin Clark who handles sell-side syndications. Moore will be based out of the company’s Frisco, TX, headquarters but will work remotely in the Baltimore, MD, area.

“Wintrust Commercial Finance is truly excited to bring someone with Keith’s diverse experience and background to lead the team,” said Tom Forbes, WCF Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer. “He is an exceptionally seasoned industry veteran with vast experience leading capital markets, sales and structuring efforts at leading organizations.”

“I am excited for the opportunity to be part of a team of such seasoned professionals with proven track records that bring an entrepreneurial approach and growth mindset to the equipment finance industry,” said Moore. “I believe that the breadth and depth of the WCF team, together with the support of the Wintrust organization, make the company uniquely qualified to take advantage of the opportunities being created in this dynamic economic landscape.”

Moore brings 33 years of experience to this role, most recently with BB&T (now Truist Financial) as Senior Vice President, Head of Structuring. During his tenure there, he also managed syndications efforts and the national sales organization. Additionally, his experience includes senior capital markets roles at Banc of America Leasing & Capital and LaSalle National Leasing Corporation, as well as sales and credit roles at MNC Financial Inc. (Maryland National Bank) and Mercantile-Safe Deposit and Trust Company. Moore holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science in finance from Johns Hopkins University.

WCF is an equipment-focused financing group offering sophisticated loan and lease products to commercial companies throughout the United States. Its focus industries include transportation, construction, manufacturing, energy services, aviation, marine, environmental and waste, packaging and turnkey property, plant, equipment and more.
