Tamarack Expands Professional Services Team with Crandall, Rieckhoff

October 27, 2021, 07:21 AM

Tamarack Technology, Inc., a provider of independent software solutions in the equipment finance and commercial lending industry, has expanded its professional services team with the addition of industry veterans Karl Crandall and Lori Rieckhoff.

In their roles as Senior Consultants, Crandall and Rieckhoff will apply their decades of industry experience as well as their client-side perspective to guide client projects. Reporting to Tamarack’s Director of Professional Services Chad Carlson, their primary focus will be on overseeing the successful implementation of client projects and managing client relationships.

“Both Karl and Lori come to Tamarack with more than three decades of experience in the banking and equipment finance industries,” said Carlson. “Both have a unique combination of skills in the industry. Not only do they understand the challenges facing clients but also the potential that exists to improve processes, streamline operations and deliver value from operational systems.”

Crandall joins Tamarack after more than 25 years at Wells Fargo Bank (initially with First Security Bank prior to its acquisition). Since 2000, he served as a Business Systems Consultant/Analyst and managed the company’s online leasing application tool (Rapport application) until the application was retired. In this role, he was a liaison between management and staff, managed software integrations and upgrades as well as other business projects and processes. Earlier in his career as the Equipment Leasing Technology Manager, he created the first online leasing application tool offered by IDS (now Solifi) for First Security Bank and managed the implementation for all equipment leasing groups across Wells Fargo. Crandall earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Economics from the University of Utah. He resides in Gilbert, AZ.

Rieckhoff joins Tamarack from Wells Fargo Bank where she was a Business Systems Consultant. During her seven years at the financial institution, she led the migration of multiple portfolios to InfoLease 10 and was involved in a conversion that nearly doubled the size of their business. She also worked with business leaders to streamline and automate processes for key initiatives within the organization as well as taking advantage of web services for real-time communication. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Rieckhoff spent nearly three decades at IDS (now Solifi) in various roles designing/developing InfoLease and as a professional services and support consultant working closely with organizations on the design, implementation, and management of the InfoLease platform. Rieckhoff resides in Savage, MN.
